STgamers (STG) started as mainly a Strategy Gaming site. As the core group of us got older STG became more of a brotherhood. From hanging with you when your broke and can't buy or play a game, to being by your side jumping off the roof onto a huge inflatable waterslide the STG brotherhood prides itself on camaraderie.
Now although we still strive to emphasize strategy gaming, our site has grown to encompass a variety of things, MMO's console gaming, and my personal favorite extreme slide jumping (got to have some physical activity as a gamer). STG members focus on having a good time more than winning at all costs. Usually that’s something losers say to comfort themselves with but we actually do well when it comes to competitions. As an example we have some members that are in the top rankings for Empire Total War, Starcraft II and Call of Duty. The difference between us and the other guys is we won't write the president about how much you cheat if we lose.
We have fun competitive LAN parties twice a year with a loyal sponsorship base we are eternally grateful for. (Everyone go make yourself sexy like a CoolerMaster Case, cool yourself with Thermaltake, and drink BAWLS!) No...that wasn't a plug...I have no idea what your talking about.....
